丙泊酚与七氟醚用于老年胃肠道间质瘤患者手术麻醉的比较研究

目的比较丙泊酚与七氟醚在老年胃肠道间质瘤手术麻醉中的差异。方法选取2010年9月至2012年9月间确诊并收治的60例胃肠道间质瘤患者，随机分为丙泊酚麻醉组30例，七氟醚麻醉组30例，比较二者麻醉中的效果差异和对患者生理功能的影响。结果丙泊酚麻醉组与七氟醚组手术效果差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），丙泊酚麻醉组麻醉效果优于七氟醚麻醉组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。丙泊酚麻醉组和七氟醚麻醉组对患者血压、心率和血氧饱和度等指标均有一定的缓解作用，组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。丙泊酚组满意度为93．3％，七氟醚组为86．7％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论丙泊酚与七氟醚均能用于胃肠道间质瘤手术麻醉，但需根据患者个体情况进行区别对待。

Research of comparison with propofol and sevoflurane in elderly gastrointestinal stromal tumor surgery anesthesia

Objective To compare propofol and sevoflurane in elderly gastrointestinal stromal tumor surgery anesthesia differences. Methods From September 2010 to September 2012 in our hospital confirmed 60 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors were randomly divided into propofol group of 30 patiems, sevoflurane group of 30 patients, comparing the anesthetic effect of differences in the physiological functions and the impact on patients. Results The propofol group and sevoflurane group effect of surgery there was no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, the anesthetic effect of propofol was better than that of sevoflurane,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Propofol and sevoflurane anesthesia on patients BP,HR and SPO2 and other indicators have a role in mitigation between the two groups no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Satisfaction of propofol group was 93.3%, 86. 7% in the sevoflurane group, there was no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Propofol and sevoflurane can be used with anesthesia in gastrointestinal stromal tumor patients, the use of specific strategies need to be based on the individual patient treated differently.
