摘    要:目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)+氧气+臭氧在治疗软组织中的效果。方法25例各种类型皮肤软组织缺损均采用VSD+氧气+臭氧联合治疗,后行二期植皮或皮瓣修复。结果25例均获得随访,时间3—12个月。创面完全愈合,肢体保留,关节功能良好。结论VSD+氧气+臭氧联合应用可以有效控制继发感染,有利于软组织缺损创面的修复。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage ( VSD), oxygen and ozone in the treat- ment of soft tissue defect. Methods 25 cases of various types of skin and soft tissue defect were treated by VSD + oxygen combined treatment of ozone, and in the second phase were treated by skin graft or skin flap to repair. Results 25 cases were followed up for 3 - 12 months, the wounds healed completely, with good joint function. Conclusions VSD + oxygen, ozone combined application can effectively control the secondary infection, which is advantageous to the wound repair of soft tissue defect.
