| 摘 要： | 目的探讨两种营养支持方式在食管癌根治术后患者中的应用和护理体会。方法选取2008年5月至2012年9月间收治并行食管癌根治术的患者93例,随机分为两组,观察组患者（46例）进行肠内营养,对照组患者（47例）进行肠外营养,根据营养方式进行相应护理,比较两组患者术后6d血清总蛋白（TP）、血清白蛋白（ALB）、前白蛋白（PA）和转铁蛋白（TRF）的变化。结果观察组患者TP、ALB、TRF均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论食管癌根治术后进行肠内营养能有效改善患者营养状态,促进患者恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the experience of application of two nutritional supports and nursing in patients with esophageal carcinoma after curative resection. Methods From May 2008 to Sep- tember 2012, 93 patients undergoing radical resection of esophageal cancer in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, observation group and control group, enteral nutrition, parenteral nutrition, corre- sponding nursing according to the mode of nutrition, compared the changes of two groups of patients＇ serum total protein （TP）, serum albumin （ALB）, prealbumin （PA）, transferrin （TRF） after 6 days operation. Results In the observation group, TP, ALB, TRF were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion After radical resection of esophageal cancer, enteral nu- trition can improve the nutritional status of patients, promote the patient recover. |
