激励式护理干预对恶性肿瘤患者焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响

目的探讨激励式护理干预对恶性肿瘤患者焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响。方法将110例恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者给予常规专业护理。观察组患者在常规专业护理的基础上,加用激励式护理干预措施。采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定恶性肿瘤患者干预前后的心理状态。同时应用生活质量量表(SF-36)观察两组恶性肿瘤患者干预前后的生活质量。结果干预1个月后,观察组患者SAS、SDS评分的改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预1个月后,观察组患者总体健康、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康等生活质量评分优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论激励式护理干预措施能够激发恶性肿瘤患者战胜疾病的信心,改善心理状况,并提高患者的生活质量。

Influence of inspired nursing intervention to anxiety and depression emotion and life quality of patients with malignant tumor

Objective To discuss the effect of inspired nursing intervention to anxiety and depres- sion emotion and life quality of patients with malignant tumor. Methods 110 cases of malignant tumor pa- tients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group received routine nurs- ing, observation group conventional professional nursing plus the inspiring nursing intervention meas- ures. Using the Zung＇ s account of the self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） to assess mental state before and after the intervention of the patients. Appliying quality of life scale （SF-36） to investigate the quality of life in the two groups simutaneously. Results After 1 month of treat- ment, the situations of SAS, SDS score of the observation group were better than the control group, the differ- ence was significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. After 1 months of treatment, general health, physical function, physical function, body pain, vitality, social function, emotional function, mental health, score of quality of life of the observation group were better than the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclu- sions The inspiring nursing intervention for patients with malignant tumors can inspire the confidence of patients with malignant tumor to overcome diseases, to improve the psychological status, and to improve the quality of life.
