复发性口腔溃疡与甲状腺激素水平关系

本文用放射免疫分析法对７０例各病期的复发性口腔溃疡（ＲＯＵ）患者和６０例正常人血清甲状腺激素含量进行了检测和分析，结果如下：（１）ＲＯＵ患者各期的血清ＦＴ４和ＦＴ３含量均低于正常人（Ｐ〈０．０５，Ｐ〈０．０１），溃疡期含量低，较初发期显著降低（Ｐ〈０．０１）；愈全期，间歇期较溃疡期逐渐回升（Ｐ〈０．０５，Ｐ〈０．０１），但间歇期含量仍低于初发期（Ｐ〈０．０１和Ｐ〈０．０５）；（２）ＲＯＵ患者初发期

Relationship of recurrent oral ulcer and serum level of thyroid hormones

The serum thyroid hormones of 70 recurrent oral ulcer (ROU) patients and 60 normal persons were determined by radioimmunoassay. The results showed thats (1) Both FT4 and FT3 serum contens of any stage of ROU patients were lower than normal value (P< 0.05,p<0.01). The value at ulcerating stage were the lowest and the valueat healing and resting stages were a bit higher. However the value at resting stage were lower than that of beginning stage(p<0.01, P<0.05). (2) rT3 serum content of ROU patients at beginning stage was higher than that of normal persons(p<0.01), and that of the other stages were lower than beginning stage,but had not much difference from that of the normal persons.(3) TSH serum content at any stage had on significant difference from normal persons nor from each other. These results suggested that ROU may have complex intrinsic relatiollship with serum contents of thyroid hormones.
