摘    要:目的:MEMRS电生理信息管理系统(以下简称心电网络)实现了医院心电图电子化,无纸化。方法:心电检查从预约登记、操作检查、编写报告、集中存储、网络传输、临床共享、医生会诊、统计检索全流程的信息化管理,动态心电图等设备采用原始数据传输模式,实现原始数据的无损压缩传输,床旁心电图实现无线传输,心电图室安装工作站点,心电图室接受、处理诊断报告,进行会诊报告,采用WEB方式发布到临床共享。结果:为电生理检查建立全新的集中式工作模式。结论:建立心电图网络系统后,临床的检查更为方便,检查随手操作,心电图快速传输,专业诊断快速回复。

Abstract:Objective: MEMRS electrophysiological information management system (hereinafter referred to as the ECG network) to achieve the electronic ECG hospital, paperless; Methods: the ECG information management from the registration, operation check, report writing, centralized storage, network transmission, sharing, clinical doctors consultation, statistical retrieval process, dynamic electrocardiogram and other equipment with raw data transmission mode, to realize lossless compression transmission of the original da- ta, bedside ECG wireless transmission, electrocardiogram room installation site electrocardiogram room, receiving, processing of diag- nosis, consultation report, using the WEB release to clinical sharing. Results : the establishment of the new centralized mode for deetrophysiological examination. Conclusion: the establishment of ECG network system, clinical examination is more convenient, handy operation examination, ECG rapid transmission, professional diagnosis quick reply.
