单味海马煎剂治疗腰椎管狭窄症51例疗效观察及对血清内皮素含量的影响

目的：观察单味海马煎剂治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效及对患者血清内皮素（endothelin,ET)含量的影响。方法：采用随机分组法，治疗组51例用单味海马煎剂治疗，对照组用西医常规疗法；采用放射免疫法检测2组治疗前后血清内皮素水平。结果：2组治疗前ET水平均比正常值高（P＜0．05），治疗后治疗组临床症状改善明显，总有效率80．39％，且ET水平明显下降（P＜0．01）；对照组症状没有明显改善，ET水平改变差异无显著性意义（P＞0．05）。结论：单味海马煎剂对腰椎管狭窄症导致的神经损伤有较好疗效，其治疗机理可能与降低血清内皮素含量有关。

Treatment of Lumbar Vertebral Canal Stenosis by Haima Jianji and Its Influence on Serum Content of Endo thelin: A Clinical Observation of 51 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Haima Jianji(HJ)for lumbar vertebral canal stenosis (LVCS)and its influence on the serum content of endothelin (ET). Methods: The patients were LVCS were allocated randomly to treatment group (51 cases ) treated by HJ and control group by routine western medicine. The ET levels of two groups were detected by radioimmunoassay before and after treatment. Results: Before treatment, the ET levels of two groups were higher than normal value ( P < 0. 05). In treatment group, the clinical symptoms were markedly improved after treatment, the total effective rate being 80. 39% and the ET level was markedly decreased ( P < 0. 01) .In control group, the symptoms showed no marked improvement and the ET level showed no marked difference ( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: It indicated that HJ possesses a better curative effect for neurous damage due to LVCS , and the mechanism may be related to the decrease of Serum ET.
