| 摘 要： | 通过对83例重症颅脑损伤病人进行抢救,围绕“急”、“快”、“准”、“细”实施护理措施：迅速对病人的病情作出判断．快速准确实施降低颅内压、吸氧、吸痰、气管内插管、伤口包扎止血等急救措施,细心、严密观察病人意识、瞳孔和生命体征变化及病情发展趋势,做好紧急手术的术前准备,为抢救病人生命赢得了时间。

| Abstract: | Through rescuing 83 patients with severe critical craniocerebral injury, some nursing measures were performed according to "prompt", "quick", "exactness" and "careful". Those included: prompt diagnosis of patients' situation, quick performance of some emergency measures, such as: depressing the intracranial pressure, inspiration of oxygen, sucking of sputum, endotracheal intubation, hemostasia and so on, close observation of patients' consciousness, pupils, the change of vital signs and potential development of disease, and good preparation for operation in order to save time for rescuing the patient's life. |
