| 摘 要： | 目的:观察川牛膝多糖对S180荷瘤小鼠、H22肝癌小鼠的肿瘤抑制作用以及川牛膝多糖对环磷酰胺(Cy)所致小鼠(正常及荷瘤小鼠)外周白细胞减少的影响.方法:以动物移植性肿瘤荷瘤S180、肝癌为模型,环磷酰胺(Cy)为阳性对照,生理盐水为阴性对照,观察川牛膝多糖抗肿瘤作用;通过白细胞计数观察川牛膝多糖对环磷酰胺(Cy)所致外周白细胞减少的回升作用.结果:川牛膝多糖对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率为10.00-48.08%;对肝癌H22实体瘤的小鼠肝癌H22的抑制率为21.99-42.21%;对环磷酰胺(Cy)所致正常或荷瘤小鼠外周血白细胞减少有极显著的回升作用.结论:川牛膝多糖不仅有较强的抗肿瘤作用,还能对环磷酰胺(Cy)所致小鼠(正常及荷瘤小鼠)外周白细胞减少有明显的回升作用.
