血糖水平对急性脑梗塞预后的影响

目的 探讨急性脑梗塞患者血糖水平与临床以及预后的关系。方法 132例急性脑梗塞患者在入院时检测的空腹血糖水平，并对神经系统缺损进行评分，观察血糖与梗塞灶大小、病情程度、预后的关系。结果 急性脑梗塞者临床症状的轻重以及脑梗塞的大小与入院时血糖水平的高低有关，血糖水平越高，临床症状越重，神经功能恢复越差。结论 高血糖增加急性脑梗塞神经系统损伤和并发症，降糖疗法可能会有力地加强急性脑梗塞的临床疗效，而积极预防和治疗高血糖是预防脑梗塞的有力措施之一。

Study on Relationship Between Blood Glucose Level and Prognosis in Patients with Acute cerebral Infarction

Objective To explore the relationship between the level of blood glucose and the clinic as well as prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The blood-fasting sugar of 132 cases of acute cerebral infarction were detected in hospital on the first day, the score of nervous system defects was evaluated in hospital. Results The higher level of blood glucose with acute cerebral infarction patients, the higher score of complications and nervous system defects, and the less clinical effect .Conclusion The high blood glucose improves the nervous system defects and complications of acute cerebral infarction. The therapy of antiglucose may enhance the clinical effect of acute cerebral infarction, the measure of taking positive precaution against high blood glucose and treating it is one of effective methods in preventing acute cerebral infarction.
