| Abstract: | The mechanisms of lipid peroxide (LPO) genesis in biotic system and the measurement of LPO were reviewed briefly. Emphasis was focused on the prevailing methods of LPO measurement, their advantage and disadvantage. Base on the discussion, the authors suggested that 2 or more than 2 methods for LPO measurement should be carried out simultaneously. |
