海南建省十年来疟疾防治工作回顾

１９８８年海南建省时，由于开发建设和经济的改变，流动激增，疟疾发病有所回升，发病率２９６．５／１０万，比建省前的１９８７年上升２６．４％，死亡人数达到１４例，形势十分严峻。通过（１）加强领导，增加投入；（２）办好试点，以点带面；（３）稳定抗疟队伍，扩大疟疾联防；（４）开展科研合作，提高防治水平，使我省疟疾工作取得显著成效。１９９７年的疟疾发病率为４７．６／１０万，死亡人数为２例，有效地保护了人民群

REVIEW OF THE MALARIA COMTRAL SINCE HAINAN PROVINCE HAS SET UP FOR TEN YEARS

Since development and change of economy when Hainan province was set up in 1988, the floating population increased greatly and quickly. It led to the increase in malaria cases. The incidence of malaria in 1988 was 296. 5 per one hundred thousand and dead cases were 14. After this, some vigorous measures were taken in malaria control as follow: 1. strengthen government leadership and increase investment, 2. draw experience from selected units to promote over - all work, 3. stabilize malaria control workers and extend malaria joint defence, 4.launch cooperation in scientific research and improve malaria control level. The effect on malaria control has changed greatly since the 1990 s. The incidence of malaria in 1997 was 47. 6 per one hundred thousand and dead cases were only 2. Malaria control in Hainan province effectively safeguarded the people's heath and achieved remarkable social and economic benefits.
