| 摘 要： | 目的观察比较新型Gyne FixlN宫内节育器的临床效果。方法对1124例健康育龄妇女分为两组，观察组用GyneFixlNIUD564例，对照组用Yuangong-220IUD560例，随访两年。结果观察组使用两年妊娠率、脱落率、因症取出率、续用率分别为0、35％、0．35％、1．06％、97．34％；观察组脱落率明显低于对照组（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。观察组两年续用率高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论观察组具有脱落率低、续用率高、副反应小的优点，值得，临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of GyneFixlN IUD as an new device. Methods 1124 cases of healthy, childbearing - aged women were randomly provided two types of IUD： GyneFixlN 564 women, Yuangong - 220 IUD560. Then all of then. were followed up in 2 years. Results The 2 years- pregnant rate, expulsion rate, withdrawing rate, and contionuation rate of GyneFixIN were 0.35 %, 0.35 %, 1.06 %, and 97.34 % respectively. The expulsion rate of GyneFixlN （ 0.35 % ） were lower than that in Yuan-gong - 220 （ 3.75 %）（P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ）. The contionuation rate of GyneFixlN and Yuangong - 220 was 78.6 %, and 70.5 % respectively, which of GyneFixlN higher than Yuangong - 220（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions GyneFixlN as an up - to - date fixed, copper contained IUD with lower expulsion rate and higher continuation rate, without any supporting frame would be recommended. |
