摘    要:目的 研究引流肺淋巴的淋巴结组织结构变化。方法 取成人肺门淋巴结、气管支气管淋巴结、气管旁淋巴结和肠系膜淋巴结,石蜡切片,将肺切除术患者的肺门淋巴结作超薄切片,采用Wilder染色法显示淋巴结内的胶原纤维。结果 尘细胞和灰尘颗粒分布于淋巴结被膜、淋巴窦和髓索内。被膜增厚,输入淋巴管增生,淋巴窦狭窄,髓索变厚,间质血管和胶原纤维增生。肺门淋巴结和气管支气管淋巴结的光密度比气管旁淋巴结高。结论 在引流肺淋巴的淋巴结内,肺门淋巴结和气管支气管淋巴结内的灰尘颗粒明显多于气管旁淋巴结,灰尘颗粒引起淋巴结的淋巴组织减少,纤维组织和血管增生。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the structural changes in lymph nodes of draining pulmonary lymph.Methods HLNs,TBLNs and PTLNs were taken from corpses of adults.Mesenteric lymph nodes were taken also.Sections were made.The lymphatic tissue of HLNs of five patients were removed and ultrathin sections were made.Collagen fibers were showed with Wilder methed.Results There were dust cells and dust particles in capsule,sub-capsular sinus and peritrabecular sinuses.Medullary cords contained more dust cells and dust particles.Collagen fibers and blood vessels proliferated.Afferent lymphatic vessels enlarged.Optical density of HLNs and TBLNs was higher than that of PTLNs.Conclusion There are dust cells and free dust particles in lymph nodes that drain lymph from lungs.Dust particles in the HLN and TBLN are more than those in PTLN.Dust cells and free dust particles cause reduction of lymphatic tissue and proliferation of collagen fibers and blood vessels.
