B超引导经皮胆囊穿刺置管引流治疗老年急性化脓性胆囊炎

目的 分析电子支气管镜引导置入气管支气管支架治疗肺癌并气道狭窄的经验和疗效。方法 肺癌并严重气道狭窄患者，在病房床边行电子支气管镜引导气管支气管支架置入术。分析气管支气管支架置入后患者的疗效和近期（2周内）、远期（2周后）并发症。结果 32例患者气管支气管支架均成功置入。置入后呼吸困难症状立即缓解，PaO2、PaCO2明显改善，咳嗽、咯血、异物感等近期并发症症状轻微；出现气道阻塞、支架移位等远期并发症的几率较小。结论 电子支气管镜引导置入气管支气管支架对肺癌并气道狭窄患者安全有效，可明显改善患者近期生存质量。

Clinical analysis of tracheobronchial stenting in patients with lung cancer with airway stenosis under the direction of dectrobronchoscope

Objective To summarize the clinical effect of tracheobronchial stenting guided by electrobronchoscope in lung cancer patients with airway stenosis. Methods Lung cancer patients with severe airway stenosis received tracheobronchial stenting with electrobronchoscope guidance. Patients were followed up one year and the complications after tracheobronchial stenting guided were recorded in the near future and long term. Results Thirty - two patients were enrolled into the study and all patients received tracheobronchial stenting insertion successfully. After operation, dyspenic symptom was ameliorated and records of PaO2 and PaCO2 were improved. The symptom of complications in the near future was lighter and the occurent of complications was less. Conclusion The traeheobronchial stenting guided by electrobronchoscope is effective treatment for lung cancer with airway stenosis, and qualities of life of the patients enrolled are improved after operation.
