摘    要:目的 研究川芎嗪在甘油中的挥逸行为.方法 采用经典恒温加速试验法,利用HPLC测定川芎唼的含量变化,根据Arrhenius指数定律计算川芎嗪在甘油中的保留期.结果 川芎嗪的挥逸行为为一级过程,室温(25℃)时的反应速度常数K<,25>=0.003745,保留期t<,0.9>=28.1473h.结论 敞口放置下川芎嗪的保...

Abstract:OBJECTIVE Retention behavior study of tetramethylpyrazine in glycerin.METHODS Using classical constant temperature acceleration method,tetramethylpyrazine was determined by HPLC and retention period was calculated on base of Arrhenius.RESULTS Retention behavior accorded to the first grade reaction.Reaction rate constant(K) and retention period under room temperature(25℃) were K25=0.003745 and t0.9=28.1473h,respectively.CONCLUSION Retention period of tetramethylpyrazine in glycerin under open condition was not ideal,which was very short,only 2.6539h.But glycerin could be solvent of oral solution of tetramethylpyrazine,because its solubility can be improved by glycerin.
