| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑室-腹腔分流术的护理效果及护理措施。方法对2005年6月～2010年1月间在我院接受脑室-腹腔分流术的脑积水患者42例实施全面的护理措施。结果经过积极处理、精心的治疗和护理,所有患者平均住院（15.43±2.53d,均获得痊愈出院。出院1～2周复查头颅CT提示脑室均明显缩小。结论全面的护理在脑室-腹腔分流术的围手术期中具有重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect and measure care of ventriculoperitoneal shunt.Methods 42 cases with hydrocephalus in our hospital from June 2005 to January 2010 received the all round care.Results 42 cases got the clinical healing and the average length of stay was（15.43 ±2.53） d by the all round care and treatment.The CT of head reviewed encephalocoele growed downwards after discharge from hospital in 1 to 2 weeks.Conclusion The all round care plays an important role in ventriculoperitoneal shunt during peroperative period. |
