| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT在肝脏局灶性结节增生（FNH）中的诊断价值。方法将在我院诊疗的34例肝脏FNH患者实施多层螺旋CT扫描,总结其影像特征及诊断价值。结果本组34例肝脏FNH患者均由多层螺旋CT扫描初步确诊,并经病理证实,符合率达100%。19例患者呈低密度或略低密度影像,7例呈等密度影像;8例可见中央星状瘢痕;7例伴有钙化影,2例无明显中央瘢痕。增强扫描显示动脉期28例明显强化,6例无明显强化;门脉期病变强化中9例呈低密度,19例等密度,6例呈高密度;延迟期7例呈低密度,18例呈等密度,9例呈高密度。结论多层螺旋CT在肝脏FNH中的诊断价值较大,值得应用。
