| 摘 要： | 本文总结了中山大学附属第一医院耳鼻咽喉科教研室在本科生理论教学中实施团队学习模式（TBL）的教学管理经验,具体阐述了在学习小组的构建、课前教案的准备、教学形式的选择和教学评价体系制定等方面的技巧,为在临床医学教育中进一步拓展和深化TBL教学做准备。

| Abstract: | In order to expand and deepen the TBL teaching in the clinical medicine education,the essay summarized and shared the teaching managerial experience of using team-based learning in the undergraduate students of theoretical teaching,including the technique and detail of study group's construction,the lesson plan,the teaching form and teaching appraisal system. |
