摘    要:临床实习是医学教育的关键组成部分。临床教学包括多方面内容,在教学过程中要求临床带教老师不断汲取经验,善于总结,在教学实践中不断优化带教过程,针对不同的教学内容,应该尝试灵活运用多方位教学模式,只有这样才能使实习生在临床实习期间取得令人满意的教学效果,提高实习生的临床思维和综合应用能力,培养合格的医学生。
