| 摘 要： | 后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的手术至今仍以切开手术为主,尽管该方法有其固有的缺陷和并发症。关节镜手术治疗该损伤的历史不长,但因其独特的优势,很多人致力于该方面的研究,并取得了长足的进步。现就关节镜治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的历史沿革及新发展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Open approaches to repair posterior cruciate ligament avulsion fracture is still a major method,despite its inherent drawbacks and complications.Arthroscopic treatment of this injury has a short history,but many people have been studying on it and made great progress.This article is about the history and devolepement of arthroscopic treatment of tibial avulsion fracture of the posterior cruciate ligament. |
