一起学校红斑性肢痛症暴发的流行病学调查

目的调查安仁三中学生红斑性肢痛症流行情况、分析流行因素,进行干预,以期预防该病在中小学校的再次流行。方法对安仁三中学生红斑性肢痛症进行流行病学调查,采用SPSS13.0统计学软件对调查数据进行统计学处理。结果本次安仁三中学生红斑性肢痛症的发病年龄差异无统计学意义（χ2=2.13,P〉0.05）,年级差异无统计学意义（χ2=1.96,P〉0.05）,女生发病率明显高于男生（χ2=17.78,P〈0.01）,寄宿生发病率高于走读生（χ2=124.85,P〈0.01）;临床特征以肢端疼痛,双侧足底痛,足趾、足跟痛为主,少数伴有手指疼痛及肢端有红斑。结论确定这是一起红斑性肢痛症的暴发流行,该病的流行可能与学生营养不良、保暖差有关。完善学校的防寒设备,加强学生体育锻炼,增强学生体质,加强营养;加强相关宣传教育,可以有效预防该病在中小学的流行。

Epidemiological Survey on an Outbreak of Erythromelalgia in a School

Objective To investigate the cause and transmission of an outbreak of erythromelalgia in the Third Middle School of Anren,and to provide a scientific basis for developing prevention and control measures. Methods An epidemiological survey on erythromelalgia was conducted in the Third Middle School of Anren.And the surveyed data were analyzed with SPSS13.0 statistical software. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rates of six age-groups(χ2=2.13,P>0.05),so did in six grade-groups(χ2=1.96,P>0.05).The incidence rate of female group was significantly higher than that of male group(χ2=17.78,P<0.01).The incidence rate of resident students was higher than that of non-resident students(χ2=124.85,P<0.01). Conclusions An outbreak of erythromelalgia in the Third Middle School of Anren was determined.It might be related to malnutrition and poor warm facilities.To avoid erythromelalgia outbreak,we should improve the warm condition in schools,strengthen the excise training in students,enhance their nutrition,and reinforce the publicity and education.
