| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对脊椎手术患者术后并发症的影响。方法选择我院2008年8月-2010年8月期间收治的脊椎手术患者86例,随机将患者分为干预组和对照组,每组43例。两组脊椎疾病患者在经确诊并行相关手术治疗的同时均给予常规护理,而研究组患者则在此基础上加用系统的综合护理干预方案,并对两组患者术后并发症发生情况和心理状况等临床指标进行比较分析。结果与对照组相比,干预组患者发生呼吸抑制、尿路感染、褥疮、下肢静脉血栓的比率均明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;与此同时,干预组患者焦虑和抑郁的评分值均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论护理干预对于减少脊椎手术患者术后并发症的发生具有十分重要的临床意义,值得进一步的应用和推广。
