196例地高辛血药浓度监测及影响因素分析

摘    要:目的讨论嘉兴地区人群影响血清地高辛浓度(SDC)的因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法收集2007年1月至2010年9月196例用CLIA法测得地高辛血药浓度监测表并翻阅病程记录,手工统计并分析。结果 50%的患者血清地高辛浓度处于有效范围以内,20%以上的患者出现中毒现象,其中又以女性为主。结论 SDC个体差异较大,影响因素较多。女性较男性易于发生地高辛中毒反应,不同病因、病理生理因素以及合用药物均能影响血清地高辛浓度,应当设计个体给药方案,是确保临床效果和用药安全的重要措施。药师在地高辛的合理用药中应发挥更多的作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyse the situation of digaoxin used in the Jiaxing area and the factor affecting on serum-digoxin concentration(SDC),for clinical rational use to provide reference.METHODS 196 date of serum-digaoxin concentration with RIA measured were collected in Jiaxing Chinese medicine hospital from January,2007 to March,2010,and to look over the progress note,manual statistics and analysis.RESULTS 50% patient serum-digoxin concentration is in the range of validity,above 20% patient is poisoned,and the female are primary.CONCLUSION There are many influence factors of SDC which are different among individual patients.The female to be easy to occur poisoning compare with the male,Different etiology,pathophysiology,factors,and combined drugs could affect serum digoxin concentration,so we should design the individual plan to take medicine,to guide reasonably uses the medicine.Pharmacist should play a greater role in the application of digoxin.
