摘    要:目的 测定参麦注射液与果糖注射液的配伍稳定性.方法 模拟临床浓度和使用方法,采用HPLC和UV法测定参麦注射液与果糖注射液配伍后的含量变化,同时测定溶液的pH值,观察溶液的颜色及澄明度的变化.结果 参麦注射液与果糖注射液配伍后,UV光谱和pH值、颜色、澄明度在24h内均无明显变化,但HPLC谱不稳定.结论 参麦注射液与...

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the compatible stability of shenmai injection with fructose injection.METHODS The pH value of the solution was tested,the solution content was determined by HPLC and UV,the colour and clarity was observed to study the stability of shenmai injection with fructose injection.RESULTS The UV and pH was no significant changes after matching for 24 hours.But change of HPLC after 4 hours.CONCLUSION It will be unstable for the shenmai injection with fructose injection.Clinical use should be prudent.
