| 摘 要： | 目的探讨预防高龄患者经尿道前列腺电切综合征的护理对策。方法回顾本院2006以来的高龄前列腺增生患者47例,按采取新护理对策时间分为两组：A组（2006年3月-2008年4月）,B组（2008年4月-2010年10月）,对比前列腺电切综合征的发生率。结果 A组（2006年3月~2008年4月）有4例发生TURS,经治疗后完全康复,B组（2008年4月~2010年10月）采用新护理对策以来未发生TURS。结论防止TURS发生的护理对策关键是做好术前心理护理、病情评估和术中密切观察,及时与手术医师、麻醉医师沟通,提前采取处理措施。
