| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结肠癌并发肠梗阻患者的临床特征及手术治疗临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2004年1月～2010年12月收治于我院采用手术治疗的46例结肠癌并发肠梗阻患者的临床疗效资料。结果本组患者经过治疗,治愈率为95.7%,术后并发症发生率为15.2%。2例患者死亡的原因为术后多脏器官衰竭。结论手术治疗结肠癌并发肠梗阻是安全可行的,且疗效较好,并发症少。
