| 摘 要： | 目的了解社区医务人员生存质量的现状,探讨其影响因素。方法随机整群抽取深圳市福田区社区医务人员,采用WHOQOL-BREF对其生存质量进行评价。结果 460名社区医务人员生存质量社会领域得分高于普通人群,生理、心理领域和环境领域得分均低于普通人群。Hotelling T2检验和多元方差分析结果表明：性别、学历、婚姻、职称、工龄、工作岗位、月平均收入、工作编制、吸烟、饮酒、用餐规律、体育锻炼等因素在生理、心理、社会、环境四个领域分值整体差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。多元线性回归分析结果显示,月平均收入、工龄、睡眠时间和用餐规律、体育锻炼是社区医务人员生存质量自评分值的影响因素。结论社区医务人员的生存质量偏低,性别、学历、职称、工龄、月平均收入、工作编制和生活方式与社区医务人员的生存质量有关。
