| 摘 要： | 目的探讨提高视频脑电图检查质量的护理方法。方法将2010年2月至2010年8月进行视频脑电图检查的患儿212例的护理方法进行回顾、探讨,从而总结经验,提高检查成功率和质量。结论通过检查前评估不同年龄阶段患儿心理特点及家长对检查的认知、配合程度,有针对性进行护理干预,从检查环境布置、检查前有效的解释、宣教、检查中注重细节管理,排除各种干扰并实施人性化护理等综合护理措施,有效提高检查的成功率和质量。
