子宫内膜癌合并子宫肌瘤62例临床病理分析

目的分析子宫内膜癌合并子宫肌瘤患者的临床病理特征,探讨可能存在的内在关系。方法回顾性分析1995-2006年间湖南省肿瘤医院收治子宫内膜癌患者合并子宫肌瘤62例（A组）的临床资料,随机抽取同期单纯性子宫内膜癌患者50例（B组）做对照。结果 A组的手术病理分期,肿瘤组织病理分级及ER、PR检测率分别与B组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论子宫内膜癌合并子宫肌瘤多属雌激素依赖性肿瘤,组织分化好,肌层浸润浅,预后较好。

Clinical and Pathological Analysis on 62 Cases of Endometrial Carcinoma Combined with Myoma

Objective To analyze the clinicopathologic features of endometrial carcinoma combined with myoma,and to explore its intrinsic relationship that may exist. Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with endometrial carcinoma combined with myoma hospitalized to Tumor Hospital of Hunan Province from 1995 to 2006 were retrospectively analyzed,at the same time,50 cases of simplex endometrial cancer were randomly selected to serve as control group. Results There were statistically significant differences in clinical stage,pathological grade,ER and PR status between endometrial carcinoma combined with myoma group and control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Endometrial carcinoma combined with uterine fibroid mostly belongs to an estrogen dependent tumor,with well-differentiated tissue and superficial myometrial invasion.And the prognosis is good.
