| 摘 要： | 目的介绍人性化护理工作在健康体检中的应用方法。方法总结2010年1月至2010年6月来我科进行健康体检人员1593人的人性化护理经验,并进行分析报告。结果我们在为客户体检中通过良好的人性化护理,为客户提供各种量身定做服务项目,对我们体检中心的业务提升起到一定作用。结论不断提高体检工作质量,扩大服务范围,是实现科室和医院的社会效益和经济效益双丰收的有效途径之一。
