| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床护理路径在哮喘患儿护理中的应用效果及其对生命质量的影响。方法选择支气管哮喘患儿180例,随机分为路径组与对照组,对照组患儿入院后实施常规护理,路径组患儿入院后严格按照临床护理路径表进行护理,对两组患儿的平均住院天数、护理满意度、健康教育达标率及生命质量进行比较。结果路径组平均住院天数明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）,而出院时调查掌握相关知识和相关技能、遵医嘱行为及对护理工作满意率均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。出院时两组患儿PAQLQ各领域得分均明显高于入院时（P〈0.05）,且路径组PAQLQ得分明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论临床护理路径应用于哮喘患儿护理,可全面提高患儿的生命质量。
