| 摘 要： | 目的研究引起变应性鼻炎的危险因素,为预防变应性鼻炎的发病提供科学依据。方法采用病例对照研究,选择年龄、性别、居住地基本一致的100例变应性鼻炎患者和100例健康人对照为研究对象,应用非条件Logistic回归分析,寻找变应性鼻炎的危险因素。结果过敏史、特异性体质、家族史、工作环境污染以及体育锻炼与否与变应性鼻炎的发生密切相关。结论过敏史、特异性体质、家族史、工作环境污染是变应性鼻炎发生的危险因素,而体育锻炼是其保护因素。应当采取针对性的措施对其进行干预。
