| 摘 要： | 目的评价通阳活血汤治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法 90例心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭患者,分成观察组和对照组。对照组：西医常规治疗;观察组：在对照组治疗方式上,加用通阳活血汤。结果观察组总有效率95.56%（43/45）高于对照组总有效率80.00%（36/45）,具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。两组90例患者均未发现明显不良反应。结论通阳活血汤治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭患者疗效可靠,安全性高,具有重要的临床意义。
