501名医学生社会支持与生活质量调查

目的了解在校大学生社会支持和生活质量现状。方法采用世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表（WHOQOL-BREF）和社会支持量表（SSRS）对邢台市某医学专科学校501名大学生进行问卷调查。结果生活质量各领域得分分别为：生理领域（61.97±12.00）,心理领域（60.69±13.34）,社会关系领域（63.24±13.45）,环境领域（56.92±13.58）;社会支持总分为（36.68±5.54）;男生在社会关系领域和主观支持得分高于女生;自评健康的同学在总的健康状况,生理领域和社会关系领域方面得分高于自评非健康的同学;社会支持与生活质量呈正相关。结论医学生生活质量总体水平居中,社会支持状况较好,社会支持状况与生活质量关系密切,改善社会支持状况可提高大学生的生活质量。

Study on Social Support and Quality of Life of 501 Medical College Students

Objective To investigate the current status of quality of life(QOL) and social support among college students. Methods WHOQOL-BREF scales and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS) were used to assess quality of life and social support of 501 students selected from Xingtai Medical College. Results Scores of the physiological domain,psychological domain,social relation domain,and environmental domain of QOL were(61.97±12.00),(60.69±13.34),(63.24±13.45),and(56.92±13.58),respectively.The overall score of social support was(36.68±5.54).The quality of life of male students was higher than that of female students in social relation domain and subjective support.The quality of life of the self-reporting healthy students was higher than that of self-reporting unhealthy students in physiological domain,social relation domain and general health status.Meanwhile social support had a positive correlation with the quality of life. Conclusions The overall level of quality of life of medical college students is in the middle,and their social support is in fine fig.Social support of college students is closely related to the quality of life.To improve the quality of life of college students,we should improve their social support.
