| 摘 要： | 目的应用阿托伐他汀降低血脂水平,观察其对保护糖尿病肾病患者肾功能的作用。方法选择糖尿病肾病伴有高脂血症患者160例,随机分为治疗组82例和对照组78例。治疗组患者予阿托伐他汀控制血脂。慢性肾衰竭药物治疗方案两组相同。观察期限12个月,比较两组患者血脂与肾功能的差异。结果治疗组血脂比对照组明显下降（P〈0.001）,eGFR下降明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论糖尿病肾病患者通过降低血脂水平,可明显延缓肾衰竭的进展,应尽早降低血脂至正常水平。
