| 摘 要： | 目的观察皮内注射布比卡因对疝气修补术后痛的镇痛效果。方法 42例行疝气修补手术的患者,随机分为两组,每组21例。B组为布比卡因组,手术结束时在T9～12脊神经分布区内右侧肋弓至髂前上棘之间,沿腋中线取4个点,皮内注射布比卡因;K组不注射任何药物。应用视觉模拟评分法（Q-VAS和C-VAS）观察患者切口疼痛,以及呼吸抑制、尿潴留等不良反应。结果 B组患者的Q-VAS和C-VAS评分明显低于K组,差异有极显著性;两组患者均无呼吸抑制和尿潴留发生。结论在相应神经节段皮内注射局麻药,可改善疝气修补术等创伤较小手术的术后疼痛。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE Observe the effects of the skin hypodermic injection Bupivacaine for the improve herniarepair note postoperative pain.METHODS 42 cases hernia repair note patients,randomly divided into two groups,each for 21.B group for Bupivacaine,skin hypodermic injection Bupivacaine after surgery in T9～12 spinal nerve distribution area between right rib iliac spine bow.K group wouldn’t injection and drugs.RESULTS The mark of Q-VAS and C-VAS,B group is significant lower than K group.There is no occure respiratory inhibition and urinary retention in two groups.CONCLUSION It can improve Postoperateve pain of hernia repair note with skin hypodermic injection Bupivacaine. |
