| 摘 要： | 目的了解鲍曼不动杆菌在2010年和2006年的感染分布和耐药率变化。方法对2006年和2010年分离的鲍曼不动杆菌进行药敏试验,对其耐药率变化进行比较,并分析其科室分布和标本来源情况。结果鲍曼不动杆菌在2010年的分离比例达19.3%,显著高于2006年（8.0%）。鲍曼不动杆菌主要来自于呼吸内科和ICU,其次为老年病科和神经外科。鲍曼不动杆菌感染以呼吸道感染为主,其次为伤口和腹腔感染。鲍曼不动杆菌在2010年除对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦（24.7%）和米诺环素（18.1%）耐药率较低外,对其它抗生素的耐药率均高于50%,且除氨基糖苷类药（庆大霉素和阿米卡星）、环丙沙星和复方新诺明外,对其它抗生素的耐药率均显著高于2006年。结论鲍曼不动杆菌的分离比例和耐药率呈上升趋势,且其感染有向不同科室和患者不同部位扩散的趋势,应当引起高度重视。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the difference of infection distribution and resistance rates of Acinetobacter baumannii between 2010 and 2006. Methods The resistance rates of Acinetobacter baumannii strains were compared between 2010 and 2006,the distribution of wards and resources of specimens were analyzed contemporarily.
