| 摘 要： | 目的探讨表现为面侧深区疼痛的茎突综合征患者的特点及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析表现为面侧深区疼痛的18例茎突综合征患者,分析其临床资料及治疗方法。结果所有患者均在全麻下经口内径路行过长茎突截断术,术后14例（78%）患者面侧深区疼痛症状完全缓解,2例（11%）明显好转,2例无明显改善,总有效率89%（16/18）。结论茎突综合征是引起面侧深区疼痛的一个病因,容易漏诊和误诊,手术切除过长茎突是有效的治疗方法。
