| 摘 要： | 目的了解乐山市彝族地区艾滋病流行现状和趋势,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法分析乐山市彝族地区1998-2009年艾滋病疫情报告和流行病学专题调查资料。结果截至2009年乐山彝族地区累计报告艾滋病感染者和患者130例,其中2007-2009年报告HIV阳性者和患者80例,占累计报告数的61.54%。感染者以20～39青壮年为主,占89.23%;男性和女性分别占76.92%、23.08%,经性、母婴、静脉吸毒传播均有病例报告,主要以静脉吸毒传播为主,性传播途径所占比例逐年上升。结论乐山市彝族地区艾滋病的流行呈上升趋势,艾滋病感染途径正处于高危人群向一般人群扩散的关键时期。 |
