前牙E.MAX三代铸瓷全冠修复的临床效果评价

目的评价E.MAX三代铸瓷全冠修复前牙3年的临床效果。方法对80例需桩核修复的前牙,经完善根管治疗后,以纤维桩、树脂核修复,制作铸瓷全冠,参照美国公共健康协会（APHA）的修正标准1]进行多项指标3年临床的追踪观察。结果患者总体满意度达95%,修复体颜色、形态、边缘着色、继发龋各项检查达到A级的有97.5%,边缘密合度均在120μm以内,满足临床要求。1例瓷冠切端崩瓷系咬硬物所致,2例因患者口腔卫生不佳引发牙龈炎。结论用E.MAX三代CAD-CAM铸瓷全冠对前牙行单冠修复可获良好临床效果,且美学效果极佳。

Clinical Evaluation of E.MAX Third - generation Ceramic Crown on the Anterior Teeth

Objective To evaluate the clinical performance of E.MAX third-generation ceramic crown on the anterior teeth in a three-year period. Methods Eighty anterior teeth were selected to receive root canal treatment and then restore with fiber post and E.MAX third generation CAD-CAM all-ceramic crowns.The restorative effects were evaluated after 3 years according to the modified criteria of APHA(American Public Health Association). Results The total satisfaction rate of patients was 95%.97.5% restorations were scored A in color,shape,margin coloring,and secondary caries.The marginal fitness of all-ceramic restorations was within 120μm,which was enough to clinical performance.Little wane existed in one crown at the incisal area.Gingivitis occurred in 2 teeth due to poor oral hygiene. Conclusions E.MAX third-generation CAD-CAM ceramic crown is a reliable and ideal choice for the anterior aesthetic restoration.
