肺血栓栓塞症的临床研究

目的探讨肺血栓栓塞症（PTE）的临床表现、诊断和治疗，以提高其诊断率和治愈率。方法回顾性分析2000年1月至2007年12月本院收治的21例PTE患者的临床表现、辅助检查结果、基础疾病、危险因素等资料。结果死亡3例，其中1例猝死；3例患者病情恶化自动出院；14例患者治疗后临床表现好转。结论。PTE早期可无特异性临床表现，但对排除了其它原因的呼吸困难、胸痛等表现后，特别是血气分析有明显低氧血症而临床无法解释时应高度重视，应及早进行PTE的相关检查，提高早期确诊率，以防误诊和漏诊。

Clinical Study of Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Objective To evaluate pulmonary thromboembolism （PTE） of the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment to improve its diagnosis and cure rates. Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2000 to December 2007 treated 21 cases of hospital patients with clinical manifestations of PTE, aneillary test re.suits, the basis of disease, risk factors and other information. Results 3 cases were death, 1 cases of sudden death; 3 cases of patients whose condition had deteriorated to automatically discharged; 14 cases of patients with clinical manifestations improved after treatment. Conclusion PTE early can be non-specific clinical manifestations, but ruled out other causes of breathing difficulties, chest pain, such as performance, in particular, blood gas analysis and clinical significant unexplained hypoxemia should be attached great importance to the relevance of early PTE check and improve the rate of early diagnosis to prevent misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
