摘    要:目的探讨脑诱发电位(brainevoked potentials,BEPs)对帕金森病(PD)和血管性帕金森综合征(VPS)的诊断价值与区别。方法测定39例PD、32例VPS和20例正常人的躯体感觉诱发电位(SEP)、脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)、视觉诱发电位(VEP)、事件相关电位(ERP),并进行比较分析。结果PD组和VPS组的VEP和BAEP与正常对照组比较无显著性差异。SEP在PD组的异常率为28.2%,异常位置点主要是N

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of the brain evoked potentials(BEPs) on the patients with Parkinson′s disease (PD)or vascular Parkinson′s syndrome(VPS).Methods Somatosensory evoked potential (SEP),Visual evoked potential(VEP),Brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP) and Event-related potential(ERP) were mesured in 39 cases with PD,32 cases with VPS and 20 cases of healthy control.Results It was showed that there was no differences of VEP and BAEP in PD and VPS group when compared with healthy control.The abnormal rate of SEP was 28.2% in PD,the locations of abnormality were mainly at N50,P60.The abnormali rate of SEP was 56.3% in VPS,the locations of abnormality were at five points,comparing with healthy control,the differences were remarkable in PD and VPS group(P<0.01).The abnormal rate of ERP was 64.1% in PD,and 59.4% in VPS.The features of abnormality were lower of wave amplitude at N2,P3 and longer of PL in PD,and that the wave amplitude of N1,N2,P3 and PL have all changed in VPS.Conclusion The abnormal rates of BEPs on the patients with IPD and VPS are more higher in SEP and ERP,but the pattern of their abnormality is not alike at the locations and amplitude.These suggests that the locations and the range of damage on the central nervous system are significantly difference in them.
