密盖息联合帕米磷酸二钠治疗骨转移癌疗效观察

目的观察密盖息联合帕米磷酸二钠治疗骨转移癌引起疼痛的治疗效果。方法对58例确诊为骨转移癌的患者随机分为密盖息联合帕米磷酸二钠组和帕米磷酸二钠组，密盖息联合帕米磷酸二钠组予密盖息100IU肌注，1次／d，连续14d。静滴帕米磷酸二钠90mg，每月1次；帕米磷酸二钠组予静滴帕米磷酸二钠90mg，每月1次。两组均每4周重复，共2次。比较两组患者的止痛效果、生活质量以及血钙和碱性磷酸酶水平。结果密盖息联合帕米磷酸二钠组止痛效果及生活质量均优于帕米磷酸二钠组。两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01），两组均无严重不良反应。结论密盖息联合帕米磷酸二钠组在骨转移癌止痛、改善生活质量以及生化指标方面明显优于帕米磷酸二钠组，且无严重不良反应。

The effect of combined administration of miscacic injection and pamidronate disodium on bone metastases

Objective To evaluate the effect of combined administration of miscacic injection and pamidronate disodium on bone metastases. Methods Fifty-eight patients with bone metastasis were randomly divided into two groups： combined administration of miscacic injection and pamidronate disodium and single administration of panidromate disodium. Patients in the first group were given miscacic injection（100IU once daily, for 14 days）, intravenous infusion of pamidronate disodium（90mg once monthly）. Patients in the other group were given only intravenous infusion of pamidronate disodium（90mg once monthly）. These treatments were repeated twice every 4 weeks. Following parameters were recorded： the analgesic response, life quality and level of blood calcium and alkaline phosphatase in both groups. Results The analgesic response and life quality in combined administration group were significantly better than those of the single administration group（P〈0.01）. No adverse reaction was found in all the patient. Conclusions The combined administration of miscacic injection and pamidronate disodium is effective in pain control and improvement of life quality for the patients with bone metastases and it is safe without sever adverse reaction.
