| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨术后腰椎间盘炎的预防及治疗。方法：1992年4月～2002年10月收治术后腰椎间盘炎11例，L3、4 2例，L4、5 5例，L5S1 4例。6例经保守治疗，5例手术治疗。结果：经0．5～10年随访，平均随访4年3个月，疗效满意。结论：腰椎间盘炎是腰椎间盘手术后一种严重的并发症，只要发现及时，处理正确，可获得满意疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of postoperative discitis.Methods:From Apr. 1992 to Dec. 2002,eleven cases of postoperative discitis were encountered.The spinal segement involved included L 3,4 in two,L 4,5 in five and L 5 S 1 in four cases.Six patients were treated with antibiotics combined with bed rest and physiotherapy.Five cases underwent surgical treatment.Results:Of the eleven patients with postoperative discitis followed up from 0.5 year to 10 years,all were evaluated as excellent according to the Nakai scale.Conclusion:Most of the patients can be cured with conservative measures,when infection or symptoms is serious,surgical intervention is necessary and can get good results. |
