| 摘 要： | 目的 评价二尖瓣交界区钙化对球囊成形术效果的影响。方法 回顾性分析 2 2 3例二尖瓣球囊成形术 (PB-MV)病例 ,比较二尖瓣交界区不同钙化程度病人的手术效果。结果 二尖瓣交界区钙化程度越重的病人 ,PBMV增加的瓣口面积越小。在二尖瓣评分≤ 8分的病例中 ,有交界区钙化比无交界区钙化 PBMV增加的瓣口面积及心功能的改善要小。而在二尖瓣评分 >8分病例中 ,尽管也存在相同的趋势 ,但在统计学上没有差异。结论 二尖瓣交界区钙化降低球囊成形术的手术效果 ,且在二尖瓣评分≤ 8分的病例中尤为明显

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of commissural calcification on outcome of mitral balloon valvotomy. Methods 223 patients undergoing mitral balloon valvotomy were studied retrospectively. Results The more serious commissural calcification, the less increase in valve area. In patients with echo score of ≤8, increase in valve area and better in heart function were less in patients with commissural calcification than without commissural calcification, while in patients with echo score of >8, though the same trend was present, there were no statistic difference. Conclusion Commissural calcification impacts the outcome of mitral balloon valvotomy, especially in patients with echo score of ≤8. |
