珠海地区无偿献血者弓形虫感染的研究

摘    要:目的了解珠海地区无偿献血者弓形虫(TOX)的血清学阳性率,探讨血清学与核酸检测的相关性。方法用ELISA捕获法对2008年珠海地区1000名无偿献血者血液标本进行抗TOX—IgM、TOX-IgG的检测,然后对血清学阳性者95名血样采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ—PCR)技术进行检测,分析两者的相关性。结果1000名无偿献血者中TOX—IgM阳性数1例,阳性率为0.1%、TOX—IgG阳性数为94例,阳性率为9.4%,而TOX—IgM和TOX—IgG阳性的95份标本用FQ—PCR检测结果均为阴性。结论珠海地区无偿献血者弓形虫血清学阳性率与同内其它地区相近,但经FQ—PCR检测均未发现TOX—DNA阳性,输血感染弓形虫病的可能性较小。

Abstract:Objective Understands the Zhuhai area free blood donor arch insect (TOX) serology masculine gender rate, as well as comparison serology and nucleic acid examination relevance. Methods The Zhuhai area 1000 free blood donors carries on anti-TOX-IgM, the TOX-IgG examination with the ELISA law of prize to 2008, then uses the real-time fluorescence quota polymerase chain reaction to the serology masculine gender 95 blood samples (FQ- PCR) the technology. Results in 1000 free blood donors the TOX-IgM masculine gender several 1 example, the masculine gender rate is 0.1%, TOX- IgG masculine number is 94, the masculine gender rate is 9.4%, but TOX-IgM and the TOX-IgG mascu- line 95 specimens use the FQ-PCR test result are the negative. Conclusions The Zhuhai area free blood donor arch insect serology masculine gender rate is close with the domestic other areas, but has not discovered the TOX-DNA masculine gender after the FQ-PCR examination, the blood transfusion infection arch insect gets sick the possibility is small.
