| 摘 要： | 目的:优化溴新斯的明1d2次缓释片的制备工艺并考察其体外释放特性.方法:采用亲水凝胶骨架与薄膜包衣控释技术制备溴新斯的明缓释片,并对处方进行体外累积释放度的考察.结果:所研制的缓释片能够持续释药12h,释放规律符合一级释放方程.结论:溴新斯的明缓释片制备工艺合理,具有良好的缓释效果,符合设计要求.

| Abstract: | Objective:To optimize the preparation of neostigmine bromide sustained-release tablets and to study its in-vitro drug release property.Methods:Hydrophilic matrix tablets and film coating were used to prepare neostigmine bromide sustained-release tablets and the in-vitro accumulated release rate of the formula was studied.Results:The releasing of the sustained-release tablets prepared here lasts 12 hours and fits the first-order releasing equation.Conclusion:The neostigmine bromide sustained release tablets ... |
