非小细胞肺癌化疗前后机体免疫指标的相关研究

目的探讨非小细胞肺癌患者化疗前后机体细胞免疫及体液免疫指标的变化情况。方法对40例健康对照者（对照组）及40例采取化疗的非小细胞肺癌患者（观察组）化疗前后检测并比较CD3、CD4、CD8、IgG、IgA、IgM水平。结果观察组化疗前CD3、CD4、CD4／CD8下降（P〈0．05）、CD8无差异（P〉0．05）。化疗后较化疗前CD3、CD4、CD8下降（P〈0．05）。CD4/CD8升高（P〈0．05）。观察组化疗前IgG、IgA和IgM升高（P〈0．05），而化疗后与化疗前比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论非小细胞肺癌患者化疗前细胞免疫功能下降，体液免疫功能升高，化疗后与化疗前相比细胞免疫功能下降，体液免疫功能无变化。

Study of Immune Function of Non Small Cell Lung Cancer Patients before and after Undergoing Chemotherapy

Objective To investigate changes of cell immunity and body fluid immunity index of non small cell lung cancer patients. Methods 40 healthy collator（control group） and 40 patients adopt chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer patients（observation group） before and after chemotherapy measure and compare the CD3, CD4, CDs, IgG,IgA, IgM levels. Results Observer Group before chemotherapy, CD3, CD4 CDJCDs decreased （P 〈 0.05 ）, CDs no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Compare before chemotherapy, after chemotherapy before the CD3,CD4,CD8 decreased（P 〈 0.05 ）. CD4/CD8 increased after chemotherapy, Observer Group hefore chemotherapy,IgG,IgA and IgM increased （P〈 0.05）. And no significant difference before and after chemotherapy（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Non small cell lung cancer patients before chemotherapy cellular immune function decreased, and sap immunity function increased, after chemotherapy compared with before chemothera- py the cellular immune function decrease but sap immunity function unchanged.
