妥泰添加治疗对难治性癫痫52例的疗效分析

目的：了解妥泰对难治性癫痫的治疗效果。方法：以2001-01～2004-01于我院就诊的52例难治性癫痫患者为研究对象，采用妥泰添加治疗，并随访观察2a。结果：（1）添加治疗后第8周，总有效率与第4周相比有明显提高（P〈0．05）；第六月后总有效率与第8周相比又有明显升高（P〈0．05），此后变化不明显。（2）将患者按发作类型不同进行分层分析，对比治疗6月后各发作类型的疗效，结果表明CPS、PS-GS、GTCS组总有效率高于SPS组（P〈0．05）。（3）共有21例次不良反应发生，患者均能耐受。结论：妥泰添加治疗难治性癫痫安全有效。

ANALYSIS OF THE TREATING EFFECT OF TOPIRAMATE AS ADJUNCTIVE THERAPY ON REFRACTORY EPLIEPTIC PATIENTS

The aim of this study was to know the effect of topiramate as adjunctive therapy on refractoryepileptic patients. Methods： 52 refractory epileptic patients who were treated in our hospital during January 2001 to January 2004.as the study objects. All of them received the treating methods with topiramate as adjunctive therapy,and were followed up for 2 years. Results： （ 1 ） After 8 weeks of treatment, the efficient rate was higher than that before 4 weeks （p 〈 0.05 ）. However, it was lower than that after being treated 6 months. （2） The efficient rates of group CPS,PS-GS,TCS were higher than that of group SPS. （3） There were 21 times of the adverse drug reaction. All patients with adverse drug reaction can stick to take in topiramate. Conclusions： Topiramate is a safe and efficient drug for refractory epilepsy.
